ATTEND PHONE MEETINGS, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Dial 1-218-486-1300. An
automated voice will ask you for an access code.
2. Enter the access code: 574802.
Please note: You can enter early, but if the host/leader/moderator
person hasn’t checked in, you’ll be informed of that and put on hold
until s/he arrives.
3. You will be asked to give your first and “last” name. Giving a first
name and last initial will satisfy the systems requirements. When you
are then, connected to the meeting/conference group, your name will
announce your entrance.
4. While you are connected to the meeting, if there’s any possibility of
background noise, please use the self-mute function (4*). Push the 4*
again to un-mute yourself to share.
NOTE:
There is no special charge for attending phone meetings, but regular
long-distance charges will apply according to your personal
long-distance service arrangement. |
